Pranitha Subhash shared this photo with an adorable Akita on the sets of Brahmotsavam. But there’s something about this dog that makes the actress emotional – his similarity with her own dog Sashe who died in October last year.

Grizzly, the Akita, had really gelled with Pranitha and she shares that his similarity to Sashe made her think of him several times. “Sashe was a German Shepherd but their colour is same and the way they run towards me is also so similar,” she recalls getting a tad emotional.

“Just like with Sashe, I bonded with Grizzly instantly,” adding, “I was never a dog lover and nor was my family, until Sashe entered our home. I really miss him everyday.”
