Together, the duo of director Trinadh Rao Nakkina and writer Prasanna Kumar Bezawada have delivered two hits—‘Cinema Choopista Mava’ and ‘Nenu Local’—and they’ve teamed up again for ‘Hello Guru Premakosame’, which is carrying a good buzz. When telugu360.com contacted Prasanna to know the secret of their success, this is what he had to say: “Trinadh Rao is directing the way I would have and I’m writing the way he would have. The moment I complete a particular sequence and show it to him, he would say, ‘I would feel the same way Prasanna pens’. Even if I don’t write a scene for the next day shoot, he would never check with me, sure that I would give him what he desires.”
He added, “Before our film rolls, I would speak to him about my requirements, especially reactions of actors, from certain scenes and he would shoot them accordingly, albeit in his style. I do guide actors and stay on sets till the master shot gets okayed, post which I cease from involving any further. Neither do I engage in the shot division, types of shots or blocking of a scene. That’s his territory and I respect that.”
Up next, Prasanna and Trinadh will be teaming up for Victory Venkatesh’s next, which will see the actor in a cop role. They would begin work on the project, a joint venture between Suresh Productions and People Media Factory, once they are through with ‘Hello Guru Premakosame.’
