Top businessman and entrepreneur Prasad V Potluri ventured into films some time ago and he took his own time to gain enough popularity. After a series of failures it was Kshanam and Oopiri who brought PVP Cinema wide recognition along with huge respect. His production values have been widely praised all over however his next outing Brahmotsavam with Mahesh washed out all the gained fame. He has been silent for over months and he is back with his next film titled Kashmora.

The movie features Karthi in the lead role and is made simultaneously in Telugu, Tamil and Malayalam languages. Directed by Gokul, Nayanthara and Sri Divya are the female leads in the movie. The movie has been made on a lavish budget of Rs 60 crores and is said to be a periodic drama. Karthi will be seen in three different roles and the first look of the actor received tremendous response all over. However there are talks that PVP has taken risk again as the movie’s budget is over Rs 60 crores. If the movie bombs badly at the box-office, he will once again land into financial hurdles as Karthi is not a huge star to recover the complete investment before the film’s release. We have to wait till Diwali to see if PVP succeeds in his next project Kashmora.
