Rajinikanth Kaala release date

Superstar Rajinikanth despite of ill health managed to wrap up the shoot of his upcoming films 2.0 and Kaala on time as per the planned schedules. Shankar who helmed 2.0 wanted enough time for the post-production work and the release date of 2.0 has been pushed from Diwali to Republic Day next year. With good clarification from the team of 2.0, the makers of Kaala locked April 13th as the release date which marks the Tamil New Year. The latest update says that the release of 2.0 has been pushed to summer and the film will hit the screens on April 13th due to the delay in the CG work.

The makers of Kaala are not ready for January release as the post-production work will not be wrapped up by the time. With no other big date, the makers of Kaala will have to wait for 2.0 release and then lock the next comfortable date for release. As of now the makers are completely puzzled about the release of Kaala and an official announcement will be made once they get good clarity. Directed by PA Ranjith, Kaala is a gangster based action drama produced by Dhanush. The makers are in plans to wrap up the post-production work at the earliest. However 2.0 will be the next release for Rajinikanth and Kaala will follow.
