Sensational director Shankar is a happy man these days as most of the shoot of his next outing 2.0 has been wrapped up. Superstar Rajinikanth is the lead actor in the movie and Amy Jackson is the female lead. 2.0 is said to be the costliest ever film made in the history of Asia. The recently revealed first look posters created huge buzz and Shankar recently wrapped up the latest schedule of the film in the outskirts of Chennai. Superstar Rajinikanth is on a break recently and he is back to work from today.

Superstar Rajinikanth started dubbing for the film from today and he will wrap up the dubbing part for the Tamil version soon. Two more schedules of 2.0 will be shot early next year with which the entire shoot of the film will be wrapped up. Shankar revealed that he needs enough time to wrap up the post-production work of the film. AR Rahman is the music composer and Bollywood Superstar Akshay Kumar is the lead antagonist. Lyca Productions are producing the movie which will release during Diwali 2017.
