Ram responded for the trolls and he explained why Boyapati had to step into his shoes. Ram said that he could not walk properly because of the heavy action in hottest summer. Boyapati decided to complete the specific shot told Ram.

“2.04.23 I still remember..it was one of the hottest days during the peak of summer..this was my feet after filming this episode on the 3rd day of the 25days..couldn’t walk properly..went away for a bit after it started to bleed..so My Director wanted to get the shot right n did this one shot himself.
