Filmmaker Surender Reddy, who is known for directing stylish action entertainers, is pulling all stops for his upcoming film, Dhruva which stars Ram Charan in the lead role. The film, an official remake of Tamil film Thani Oruvan, has Aravind Swamy essaying a pivotal role and Rakul Preet Singh as the female lead. The shooting is progressing at a jet speed from the past few weeks.
The entire talkie part of the film will be wrapped up in the first week of September and the unit will can the left over songs by the end of September. As announced earlier, the film will hit the screens for Dussehra. Coming from the stables of Allu Aravind’s Geetha Arts banner, Dhruva has its music score done by Hip Hop Tamizha. Ram Charan plays a dynamic police officer in the film which also features young actor Navdeep in an important role.
