Mega Powerstar Ram Charan will team up with Surrender Reddy for the Telugu remake of Tamil smash hit Thani Oruvan. Rakul Preet Singh is playing Charan’s romantic interest in the film. Popular South actor Aravind Swamy is reprising his role from the original.
As per the latest update, Ram Charan will be joining the sets from the second week of this month. The unit has recently wrapped up a short schedule in Bangkok where some key scenes featuring Aravind Swamy were shot. The next schedule will commence from April 7th in Hyderabad and Charan will commence shooting for his role in this schedule.
Tentatively titled Dhruva, the music for the film will be scored by Hip Hop Tamizhan. Aseem Mishra is canning shots for the film. Allu Aravind and DVV Danayya are bankrolling this high budget entertainer.
