After the super success of iSmart Shankar, Ram and Puri Jagannadh are teaming up for Double iSmart. The film is said to be a high voltage action entertainer. The major shoot of the film is taking place in Mumbai. There are reports that the shoot is stalled due to the financial hurdles which is untrue. The team of Double iSmart closed all the non-theatrical deals in advance and the new schedule of the film will kick-start in February. Three songs composed by Manisharma are already shot in Mumbai.
Manisharma and Puri are currently busy with the music sittings and two songs will be composed soon. These songs will be shot in Hyderabad in special sets. Sanjay Dutt is playing the role of the lead antagonist and he completed filming for his role. The pending 20 percent shoot of Double iSmart will be completed in February. The team announced that Double iSmart will release on March 8th but the makers are considering a summer release for the film. Kavya Thapar is the heroine and Puri Connects are the producers. The new release date of Double iSmart will be announced officially by the team very soon.
