It looks like actor Rana‘s tryst with period films is not going to end anytime sooner. Having already appeared in Ghazi, a period drama set in the 1970’s, Rana is currently shooting for another similar film titled as 1945 which has him playing an Indian soldier. Now here comes an interesting update.
According to the reports in DC, Rana is likely to be approached for a crucial role in Megastar Chiranjeevi’s forthcoming period drama Uyyalawada Narasimha Reddy. It is learnt that the makers of this biopic are looking to bring Rana on board for a powerful character. However, they are yet to approach the Baahubali actor. As Rana is very much fond of period films, there is no reason he might reject the offer, if he is approached.
The pre production activities of Uyyalawada Narasimha Reddy are in full swing and the regular shoot will commence in August. Surender Reddy will direct the film.
