Even before the three-member committee constituted by the Telugu Desam Party (TDP) supremo N Chandrababu Naidu takes up the issue, the tussle between Guntur Zilla Parishad Chairperson Shaik Jani Moon and Minister for Social Welfare Ravela Kishore Babu was ended this evening amicably with the intervention of the party leaders.
It may be recalled that two days ago Jani Moon has accused that her family facing death-threats from the minister and the minister was not cooperating with her in the developmental activities of her Kakumanu mandal, which is part of minister’s Prathipadu constituency in Guntur district.
The three-member committee was constituted with Deputy Chief Minister Chinna Rajappa, former minister Gorantla Butchaiah Choudary and district party chief G V Anjaneyulu.
Anjaneyulu, accompanied by ministers Prathipati Pulla Rao and Palle Raghunatha Reddy today held discussions with both of them and persuaded them to resolve all their differences. As a result both of them announced they have resolved differences among them.
Later she told media persons that she had explained her grievances’ to the ministers, who assured to settle all of them. Trusting them, she said she is closing the tussle. She expressed her gratitude to all those extended their `moral’ support to her during this hour of hardships.
Minister Kishore Babu also said that he is not having any differences with her and assured that he would take care not to repeat such incidents in future. Anjaneyulu accused that the opposition parties are attempting to create ruptures taking advantage from small incidents in TDP. He asserted that “we will not give them any chance further. This was due to some misunderstandings. Now all such misunderstandings are resolved”.
