Versatile actor and director Ravi Babu directed some completely different films in his career. He prefers to stay away from casting stars in his films and his films will be wrapped up on limited and tight budget. His recent outings ended up without impressing the audience and he is gearing up with his next movie titled Adhugo. Surprising everyone, a pig is said to play the lead role in the movie and the recently revealed images of Ravi Babu holding a pig created enough buzz on the film.
The film features new faces and the shoot of the film has been wrapped up recently. Ravi Babu has been spending over Rs 2 crores for the VFX works as per the film’s demand. He wrapped up the entire shoot of Adhugo in just 40 days and he is spending over 4 months on the graphics. This is the first time other than Laddu Babu which is being made on a high budget.
Suresh Babu is presenting Adhugo on Suresh Productions banner and Ravi Babu’s Flying Frogs Entertainments are producing the film. Made on a budget of Rs 5 crores, the film is expected to hit the screens some time in September.
