Andhra Pradesh’s Minister Nara Lokesh revealed that the state has initiated its “Red Book Action” plan. This move aims to hold accountable those who have committed wrongdoings in the state.
“The Red Book contains names of individuals who have broken the law,” Lokesh explained. “We will take legal action against them as per the rules.”
Nara Lokesh also addressed the issue of fake news surrounding flood relief efforts in Vijayawada. He warned that strict action would be taken against those spreading false information about the government’s aid work.
Lokesh emphasized the government’s commitment to balanced development across all regions of Andhra Pradesh. “Our goal is to ensure every area in the state progresses,” he stated.
Addressing concerns about industrial growth, the minister reassured potential investors. “We won’t tolerate any ‘blue batch’ (YSRCP) disruptions to new industries coming to our state,”.
In a dig at the opposition YSRCP, Lokesh said, “They seem confused about which book they’re keeping track of.” He also criticized YSRCP leader Jagan, saying, “It appears Jagan hasn’t broken his habit of talking to spirits.”
The minister highlighted recent industrial successes, mentioning companies like KIA, TCS, Lulu, and Ashok Leyland as examples of businesses investing in Andhra Pradesh.
Nara Lokesh concluded by reiterating the government’s stance on fake news: “We will take severe action against those spreading false information. The public is no longer fooled by these tactics.”
