Renu Desai, ex-wife of Pawan Kalyan, has been in news in for one thing or other. She is all set to get re-married soon, though she did not reveal whom she is going to marry. Now during a recent interaction with media, she revealed she would soon be directing a Telugu film and that too she will be dealing a serious subject in this movie.
Renu Desai revealed that she is planning to make her debut as director in Telugu soon. She also revealed that she has already finished the script work for this film and the film will be dealing with issues of farmers and their suicides.She told, she is planning to visit a few villages in AP too to understand the plight of farmers. She is not only directing but also producing this movie. Earlier, she directed and produced Ishq Wala Love, a Marathi film in 2014. This film was produced under Akira Films and Shree Aadya Films banner. But the movie was a flop in Marathi.
Renu Desai is multi-faceted personality. Apart from being actress, she also was a producer, director, editor and costume designer earlier. We will have to wait and see how her directorial debut in Telugu would fare.
