It is known that Burning Star Sampoornesh Babu has become the second contestant to be eliminated from the Bigg Boss show after actress Jyothi. While the latter was evicted by the Bigg Boss, Sampoo forced-evicted himself from the show. He now may have to pay Rs 16 lakh penalty to the show organizers for breaching the agreement.
In the ninth episode of Bigg Boss show aired on Tuesday, Sampoo looked emotionally drained and was feeling claustrophobic. He forced the Bigg Boss to send him out by threatening to commit suicide in the house with the kitchen knives. Bigg Boss as well as the other inmates tried to convince him but he looked fed up and did not want to stay in the house even for a second.
Sampoo may now have to face legal consequences and pay penalty to the tune of Rs 16 lakhs for leaving the show midway with personal reasons, which is equal to breach of the contract. As per the agreement, the contestants have to stay in the house for a maximum period of 70 days until and unless the Bigg Boss evicts them out.
The ‘Hrudaya Kaleyam’ star could have earned Rs 70 lakhs if he had stayed for the total 70 days but he is now facing at a penalty of Rs 16 lakhs instead.
