Rudhramadevi, one of the much hyped and highly anticipated films in 2015, has finally hit the screens today. The strong pre release buzz and the aggressive promotions from the unit have resulted in solid advance bookings for the first three days. With no other major releases, the film is expected to fare well over the first weekend. The film is also releasing across 160 screens in Overseas.

The entire industry has been eagerly waiting for this historical epic drama which is based on the true story of Rudhramadevi, the warrior princess of Kakatiya Dynasty. The buzz is equally big among the audience as well. The latest reports reveal that the film is finding huge patronage among all sections of audience in the Telugu states. The ensemble star cast is the major attraction for this film. Anushka played the titular role and Allu Arjun is seen as Gona Ganna Reddy. Rana and few other established artists played important roles.

Since the overnight premiers, Allu Arjun’s character has become the talk of the town all over. His Telangana ascent in Gona Ganna Reddy role is said to be a big draw for the film. It is learnt that Allu Arjun’s top notch performance is the major asset to the film. Also, the settings and the artwork of the 13th century is said to be an additional attraction to the film.
