Salaar is one of the most awaited Indian films. For the first time, Prabhas and Prashanth Neel are teaming up and the film is touted to be a high voltage actioner. The expectations are huge on the film and the makers closed the deals. The theatrical rights are sold for massive prices and there is a huge task to be done. The film is releasing on December 22nd and the film will have a short span of two weeks to recover the investment. There is a mad rush of films for Sankranthi in all the languages and the new releases will replace Salaar and the theatrical run of the film would be impacted irrespective of the film’s performance.
It is clear that the huge stake of Salaar has to be recovered completely in two weeks. The film is expected to take off a terrific start but considering the huge stake, the film has to perform exceptionally well in the first two weeks. Shah Rukh Khan’s Dunki too is releasing during the Christmas weekend and the film will sure turn out to be a tough competition for Salaar across the North Indian market. The team is pretty confident on Salaar and the trailer will be out on December 1st. We have to wait to see how Salaar performs in the short span of two weeks.
