It is an undeniable fact that SS Rajamouli’s family is a synonym for success. For most of his films, he worked in synergy with them to produce a quality output. His father lends script, his wife takes care of styling, his son assists him in direction and his brother Keeravani handles the music settings. They work as a camp and also get remuneration as a package and deliver the output for the producer.
Now, young hero Sandeep Kishan is also following a similar strategy for his films. Sandeep Kishan is popular cinematographer Chota K Naidu’s nephew. For most of Sandeep’s films, Chota handles the camera work. Telugu360 has exclusively learnt that Sandeep and Chota took 5.5 Crores from Oka Ammayi Tappa producer to deliver the end product. Usually, they make up for their remuneration by completing the film with minimal production costs ensuring that the quality is not missing.
For Oka Ammayi Tappa, they couldn’t save much as they had to pay a hefty 60 Lakh remuneration to Nitya Menon and the production costs increased due to the genre of the film. They spent considerable amount on the visual effects as the story carries a fantasy angle with it.
This is in fact a good strategy for both the parties( Sundeep and producer), but the producer is irrelevant from the final output.
