Sankranthi season is one of the most preferred windows by Telugu producers to release big ticket films. For next year and Sankranthi, audience are going to witness the release of three biggies in a span of one week. NTR biopic, Ram Charan – Boyapati film and F2 : Fun and Frustration are lined up for release as of now.
Out of these three biggies, it is director Krish and Nandamuri Balakrishna’s ambitious project NTR which is racing ahead in terms of shooting and publicity. The film has already garnered huge attention ever since the team started releasing superb posters of the marquee characters in the story. Though there is ample time left for publicity, Krish and his team are well ahead in creating terrific buzz among audience. The buzz among trade circles is also very solid. Going by Krish’s working speed, the shooting formalities of NTR might be wrapped up ahead than other Sankranthi films.
On the other side, Ram Charan’s untitled film with Boyapati Srinu is yet to have its title and first look launch. The shooting is progressing at a good pace, but it might be completed by December only. The team is yet to kick start the promotions and the film’s trade is still wide open in all areas.
As of now, it is Krish in the ascendancy with his sensible planning and sensational promotional blitzkrieg.
