An unprecedented heat wave is currently prevailing in the Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. The temperatures are soaring high and Hyderabad has already recorded the highest temperature of the decade. The soaring temperature levels have severely hit the daily life and film shoots are not an exception.
The high mercury levels have forced many film shoots to take a brief gap in the month of May. Some actors will leave to cooler places to shoot for their upcoming films. Already, the makers of Baahubali announced Summer break for the entire cast and crew. While Shankar’s Robot 2.0 will head to Bolivia, Ram Charan’s Dhruva will be shot in Kashmir. Megastar Chiranjeevi’s 150th film was supposed to commence sometime back, but the crazy heat wave has forced the makers to postpone it to June.
Also, some other upcoming biggies like NTR’s Janatha Garage and Venkatesh’s Babu Bangaram are being shot inside sets and a bunch of coolers have been erected at the shooting spots. The units of both this films will take a break in May. Sources informed that many actors are planning to chill out with families in cooler places like Bangalore and Ooty. New films which were sip to roll out in May have now been pushed to mid June.
