The missing case of the 3-year-old Sherin Mathews has taken a shocking turn with the adoptive father Wesley Mathews confessing crime.
According to the arrest affidavit, Mathews in his confession stated that he was trying to get the deceased 3-year-old drink milk in the garage. After throwing tantrums the Sherin finally began to drink milk. While he was assisting her, the kid started choking. She coughed heavily, her breathing slowed down and eventually died. It may be recalled that about a fortnight ago, Mathews filed a missing complaint stating that his daughter has disappeared after he punished the 3-year-old for not drinking milk by making her stand at night 3:00am outside home.
After the unidentified body was found at culvert on Monday, 0.4miles away from Mathews home, he willingly met the Richardson Police and confessed the crime. He is accused of injury to the a child and detained for first degree felony.
