A team of Singapore representatives toured Amaravati capital region as the Andhra Pradesh government seeks their partnership in developing the seed capital. During their visit, the Singapore delegation inspected several key projects across the capital city.
The team examined the flood pumping station built for flood control near Undavalli and reviewed the progress of Krishna riverfront development works along with Krishna Kanakatta Road projects. They also inspected the planned startup area which will be developed along the Seed Access Road near Uddandarayunipalem.
The Singapore officials took time to visit nearby residential quarters constructed for IAS officers and ministers. Throughout the tour, CRDA officials provided detailed explanations about various development initiatives in the capital region.
After the field visit, the delegation met with the government’s Principal Secretary Vijayanandam. The Singapore team is scheduled to meet Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu and Minister Nara Lokesh on Thursday to discuss potential collaboration opportunities.
