Following the trend of releasing songs through social media as a part of the promotions, the first single of Akkineni Naga Chaitanya’s upcoming film Raa Randoi Veduka Choodam was unveiled yesterday evening by Nagarjuna.
The title song is finely composed by Devi Sri Prasad and has evocative lyrics penned by Ramjogayya Sastry. Its a situational song which describes the festive ambience that surrounds a traditional marriage. Singers Ranjitha and Gopika Poornima did a fabulous job with their endearing vocals. DSP doesn’t go over board but rendered a foot tapping tune to make this a superlative number in the album. This celebratory song struck the right chord with music lovers as soon as it was released.
Directed by Kalyan Krishna, the film stars Rakul Preet Singh as the female lead. The film is slated for May 26th release.
