Prabhas is the perfect pan-Indian star of the country and Allu Arjun joined him recently. NTR and Ram Charan made their impact with Rajamouli’s RRR but their recent films failed to make big money across North India and other languages. Mahesh Babu is restricting himself to Telugu films till date and he will expand his market with SS Rajamouli’s upcoming film. Allu Arjun after the super success of Pushpa 2: The Rule is demanding over Rs 200 crores for his film with Atlee. NTR and Ram Charan are demanding Rs 120-150 crores for each film. Prabhas is taking home a solid Rs 150 crores for Raja Saab and he will continue to take the same for all his upcoming projects.
Megastar Chiranjeevi is demanding Rs 75 crores per film. Mahesh Babu will charge a fixed remuneration per year for Rajamouli’s film and he will hike his fee after Rajamouli’s film. He is expected to pocket Rs 200 crores for Rajamouli’s movie. This is a huge burden for the producers as the actors are demanding big and they are not much bothered about the profit and loss of the film. Among the tier two actors, Nani is taking over Rs 30 crores per film and he is doing two films on a consistent note. Nithiin, Sharwanand, Gopichand, Naga Chaitanya, Siddhu Jonnalagadda, Nikhil, Naveen Polishetty, Adivi Sesh, Varun Tej and others are demanding double digit remuneration irrespective of the success and failures. Tollywood producers are going ahead and taking risks as they are keen to do films with stars. For now, the demands of our stars touched the skies.
