It is well known that Ram Gopal Varma will be directing a film which is laced with the intriguing facts of the former underworld don Muthappa Rai who hails from Karnataka. He had announced it last month but didn’t reveal much details of this interesting project.
He has now confirmed that Kicha Sudeep will be seen in the protagonist role in this film. He made it clear that Muthappa Rai is just one of the sources he used for his films. He added that he realized Sudeep’s potential after the release of Eega in 2012. Sudeep and RGV did Phoonk and Rann a few years back and this will be their third collaboration. The film will be made in Kannada and Hindi and the remaining cast and crew will be announced soon.
