In an industry where budgets are a big deal and remunerations matter a lot, it’s not very often that people will agree to have taken a pay cut or to have worked without a pay.

But actor Sundeep Kishan recently revealed that his team believed in the script of their upcoming film Oka Ammayi Thappa so much that they were willing to compromise on a personal level to ensure the film was high on quality.

And in that attempt, Sundeep has taken no remuneration for the film and is working for free! Not just him, even his uncle, cinematographer has done the same. Even more interesting is that actress Nithya Menen has taken a huge pay cut just to be a part of the film.

If the film does well, all of them will get some part of the profits! Well, let’s hope all this compromise pays off.
