Actor Sunil dominated Telugu cinema scene as a star comedian for more than a decade. He was the directors go-to actor and was in their wish-list for most of the films during the decade. After enjoying his stint as a comedian with a rosy career, Sunil turned over a new leaf and became a hero. Though he showed signs of carving out a niche as a hero with a couple of impressive films like Maryada Ramanna and Andala Ramudu, he couldn’t find a footing in Tollywood. He suffered back to back debacles in the last few years and analysts have already written him off.
Now, Sunil is looking to reinstate his career as a comedian again. Though he missed out on doing a role in Pawan Kalyan’s Agnyathaavaasi, Sunil is said to have bagged three crazy offers lined up for 2018.
He has been signed up for untitled NTR’s film which will be helmed by Trivikram Srinivas. Also, he will team up with Ravi Teja and Sreenu Vaitla for an out and out comedy caper. Recently, there were reports that he will join hands with Allari Naresh for a multi-starrer film in Bhimaneni Srinivas’ direction. Sunil will be seen in entertaining roles in all these three films. Apart from these three offers, he likely to sign a few more projects as a comedian in the coming days. He has already reached out directors and said that he is willing to play a comedian if they come up with good characters.
So, Sunil is looking to start afresh as a comedian again. Let’s see if he can turn his fortune or not.
