On Friday, Justices BR Gavai and KV Viswanathan listened to both sides of the story. They decided to form a new team to look into the matter fairly. The court wants a fresh start, creating a special group of five experts. Two will come from the CBI (Central Bureau of Investigation), two from the Andhra Pradesh government, and one from the FSSAI (Food Safety and Standards Authority of India). This team will work together to find out the truth about the laddus.

Tushar Mehta, speaking for the central government, said having experts from different places will help people trust the results more. He also mentioned it’s important to keep politics out of this religious matter.
The new team will investigate carefully and report back to the Andhra Pradesh government when they’re done. This is because the first complaint was filed in AP. The Supreme Court wants to make sure this holy tradition is respected. They even told off some people for trying to use this issue for political gain.
