Recently, Suriya along with his wife Jyothika shifted to Mumbai and there are strong ongoing speculations that they have decided to move out from Chennai because of their strained relations in their family. These speculations said that all is not well between Suriya and his brother Karthi. Some of them even speculated that Suriya and Jyothika are heading for divorce. During the promotional event of Kanguva in Mumbai, Suriya issued a complete clarity about the ongoing rumors.

“Jyothika was born and brought up in Mumbai. At the age of 18, she moved to Chennai and she has been living with us for the past 27 years. She also gave up her career for family. She is now back in Mumbai. I work for 20 days in a month and I will spend ten days in a month with my family in Mumbai. She needs her time and she also wishes to spend time with her parents” told Suriya. The top actor also shares a great bond with Karthi. Suriya and Jyothika produced Karthi’s recent film Satyam Sundaram. Suriya and Karthi are in plans to work together in a multi-starrer soon. Suriya kept all the speculations about family to an end.
