Tamil actor Suriya is rigorously shooting for his much awaited action drama S3 which is the third installment in the popular Singam franchise. Hari, who directed the first two parts, is calling shots for this film which co-stars Anushka Shetty and Shruti Haasan. The story of the film is set against Vizag backdrop and most part of the film is being shot in the Telugu states.
The fresh update from reliable Tamil media circles is that S3 will hit the screens for Diwali. Initially, the makers were in plans to release the film in September but they have now pushed it to Diwali as considerable portion is yet to be shot. The entire shooting will be wrapped up by mid October and the post production works will be wrapped by the last week of October.
Popular Indian model Thakur Anoop Singh has been roped in to play the villain’s role in this film. Harris Jayraj is rendering the soundtrack.
