Jagan’s goal is to slain BCs while TDP always stands by them, says Atchen Naidu

0

With the formation of the TDP in 1982, a golden era has started for all the downtrodden sections of society in the State, observed the president of State unit of the TDP, Kinjerapu Atchen Naidu, on Saturday.

Addressing the media persons after releasing the book entitled ‘BC La Vennu Virustunna Jagan’ (Jagan breaking the back of BCs), Atchen Naidu said that the TDP has created various opportunities forward BCs financially, socially and politically. Whether in power or in Opposition, it is only the TDP that always stood by the downtrodden sections of society, he said.

However, the late chief minister, Dr YS Rajasekhara Reddy family, which got economically strengthened after illegally occupying the mines of one Jinka Venkata Narasaiah, after murdering him, is now suppressing the BC community, Atchen Naidu remarked. Chief Minister, Jagan Mohan Reddy, who came to power by totally misleading the people, has started his wicked game to slain the BCs, he said.

After Jagan came to power 74 BCs were done to death while illegal cases have been foisted against 800 persons, including himself, Atchen Naidu observed. Over 3000 people are being subjected to various kinds of harassment, the TDP State unit president said, adding that when someone raises voice false cases are being foisted against such persons.

Calling upon the people to realise the fact that the weaker sections of society who are very strong in the TDP are being subjected to trouble by registering false cases at will, Atchen Naidu said that some modern infrastructure bought just before the 2019 elections was distributed to certain extent while the remaining could not be distributed due to election code. Now, Jagan who is not willing to distribute the remaining infrastructure to the BCs is claiming the community as ‘my BCs’, he added.

The late NT Rama Rao in his capacity as the chief minister of the State created 24 per cent reservation for BCs when there was no quota for the community, later Chandrababu Naidu, who succeeded NT Rama Rao increased the quota to 34 per cent, Atchen Naidu pointed out. Now, as Jagan brought down the reservation by 10 per cent 16,000 BC leaders lost various posts, he stated.

The Chandrababu government with a single GO established 175 residential schools when there were only 36 such institutions, he said that study circles were set up during the TDP regime and foreign studies too were encouraged. “I really feel pained when Jagan poses as if he has established the BC Corporation and the YSRCP leaders dance to his tunes,” Atchen Naidu remarked.

During the TDP regime either the chairman of the Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) or the Executive Officer (EO) would have been from the BC community, he said stating that Chandrababu has accorded highest priority for the community. But now, the Chief Minister is giving all posts for only those who belong to his own community, he said.

Despite the court order, Jagan has appointed his own community persons as advisors, Atchen Naidu said and felt that the caste census is aimed at only deleting the votes of BCs. Atchen Naidu felt that this Government is now on ventilator and the TDP will always stand by the BC community.

YSRCP cases are more than the voter list, says Atchennaidu

0

TDP Andhra Pradesh unit president K Atchennaidu on Friday said that the cases filed by the YSR Congress government were more than the voter list in the state. Speaking to media persons, Atchennaidu said that the government was filing cases against every opposition leader.

He blamed the state government for filing cases against the political rivals in the state. He said hundreds of the TDP leaders were jailed in the last four and a half years.

He came down heavily on the state government for filing cases against former MLA and Sangam Dairy chairman Dhulipalla Narendra Kumar recently. He said that Narendra Kumar had been working for the farmers in the region. The Sangam Dairy had been in the forefront in serving the needs of the farmers, he said.

Atchennaidu said that the state government had been trying to grab the Sangam Dairy. As every attempt of the government failed to grab the Sangam Dairy, the government had now filed cases against its chairman Narendra Kumar.

He said that there are just five months away from the elections. He dared the YSR Congress government to file as many cases as possible against the TDP leaders. He said that the people in the state are vexed with the Jagan Mohan Reddy government and were waiting for the chance to vote against him.

He said that people are ready to defeat the YSR Congress and send Jagan Mohan Reddy back to jail. He sought to advise Jagan Mohan Reddy to continue filing criminal cases against the TDP leaders for the next five months. The TDP government would do the same to the YSR Congress leaders after the elections, Atchennaidu said.

Atchenna criticises Jagan on fake cases

0

TDP AP state unit president K Atchennaidu on Monday criticised chief minister Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy for filing fake cases against TDP chief N Chandrababu Naidu. Speaking to media persons, Atchennaidu said that Jagan Mohan Reddy is spending all his time filing fake cases.

He said that the chief minister had totally given up administration and is running after his political rivals. Political vendetta is the only agenda of Jagan Mohan Reddy, leaving the governance, he alleged.

He said that Chandrababu Naidu had worked for the development of the state for over 40 years. Even as the opposition leader, Chandrababu Naidu worked to develop the state and uplift every section of the society.

The TDP leader said that the world knows what kind of services that Naidu did for the state. He said that Naidu had even rejected the Prime Minister post that was offered to him in the past. He always focused on the development of the state.

Even after bifurcation, Chandrababu Naidu worked for the development of the residuary state, he said. He added that Naidu picked up the task of building a new capital city for the state on a par with Hyderabad, Bengaluru and Chennai.

Atchennaidu also said that Chandrababu Naidu worked hard to complete the prestigious Polavaram Project. The project was 90 per cent completed during Naidu’s regime, he said and blamed the government for not completing the balance 10 percent of the work.

The TDP leader said that Jagan Mohan Reddy was always saying “My SCs and My STs”, but was not even taking care of those sections. The SCs are being tortured and humiliated in the state under Jagan Mohan Reddy’s rule, he alleged.

He also alleged that Jagan Mohan Reddy withdrew all welfare programmes for the SCs and STs in the state. He said that the Dalits have lost their due schemes during the YSR Congress government in the last four-and-a-half years.
