Kannada controversial actor Darshan is now in real trouble in the murder of his fan Renukaswamy in Bengaluru. The autopsy reports revealed several sensational acts of Darshan and his aides about how brutally Renukaswamy was killed. Darshan along with three other accused are sent to judicial custody for two weeks till July 4th. Darshan, Pradosh, Vinay, and Dhanraj will be kept in the Parappana Agrahara Central Prison and the next hearing is scheduled for July 4th. Some of the accused have agreed to the crime and explained how they executed the plan of Darshan. They also said that Darshan paid Rs 30 lakhs to kill Renukaswamy.

Renukaswamy died due to multiple fractures, haemorrhage and ruptured testicle. He was beaten badly with wooden blocks and he was given electric shock before he passed away. A total number of 17 people have been accused in this case.

Kannada actor Darshan who was arrested in the murder case, is suspected of asking three other men to take responsibility for the crime in exchange for cash, police said. The actor, who was arrested on Tuesday, offered the men Rs 500,000 each for their involvement in the incident. The body of 33-year-old Renuka Swamy was found in the drain of Sumanahalli Bridge in Bengaluru. A food delivery employee noticed the bite on the dog’s body and called the cops. Apparently, Renuka Swamy sent abusive messages to Darshan’s co-star and friend Pavitra Gowda. Online harassment and the use of offensive language are currently being investigated as possible triggers for this gruesome murder.

As per the reports, Darshan and Pavitra Gowda have been in a relationship for sometime. Darshan tasked Raghu alias Raghavendra, the organizer of his fan club in Chitradurga, to gather information about Renuka Swami. The victim’s wife also claimed that Raghu picked her up near her house. According to her statement to the police, before the murder, Renuka Swamy was brutally attacked in a shed, tied with ropes and severely beaten with wooden blocks. 13 people including Darshan and Pavitra Gowda were arrested.

The Karnataka Police have intensified the investigation in the murder case of Renuka Swamy. Kannada actor Darshan’s mobile phone was seized by police officials. Apart from him, the mobile phones of 12 other accused arrested in the case were also seized. Furthermore, on June 8, 2024, the police also seized a red jeep that Darshan and his aides had allegedly used to dispose of Renuka’s body. Police are investigating the involvement of four cars in this incident, two of which have been impounded. This came a day after Darshan was arrested by Bengaluru police in Mysore. He was then taken to Bengaluru and kept in police custody for six days. Police officials are investigating the actor’s role in the Renuka Swamy murder case.

Renuka Swamy was found dead at Sumanahalli Bridge in Bangalore on June 8, 2024. He reportedly worked at a branch of Apollo Pharmacy in Chitradurga. The primary investigation said that he was injured with a dog. The perpetrators wanted to dispose of the body in Vrishabhavathi Valley but found that the body was lying in mud and being manipulated by dogs. Earlier, police officials had alleged that Renuka had sent objectionable messages to Darshan’s friend, Kannada actress Pavitra Gowda. Renuka Swamy is said to have been killed and his body was thrown into a canal. It was reported that eight of the accused were involved and claimed that Darshan was present during the attack on Renuka Swamy. However, Renuka Swamy’s wife denied claims that her late husband sent derogatory messages to an actress. The investigation is currently going on.

Kannada Superstar Darshan Thoogudeepa has been arrested in a murder case as per the reports from the Bengaluru Police Commissioner B Dayananda. Darshan along with his aides have been taken into custody and they are questioned currently. Darshan was arrested in connection with the murder of Renuka Swamy who was murdered on June 9th in Kamakshipalya. The cops are probing if Darshan was directly involved in the murder or if he is part of the murder.

Renuka Swamy worked in a pharmaceutical company and he was killed and dumped into a drain. His body was recovered and after conducting the primary investigation, collecting the CCTV footage, the cops came to a conclusion about Darshan’s involvement. The body was sent for autopsy. Renuka Swamy made derogatory comments on an actress in the past. Darshan was arrested from a hotel in Mysore. Tight security was imposed near the residence of Darshan as the actor has a huge following in Karnataka.
