Former Chittoor MP and senior TDP leader N. Sivaprasad passed away while receiving treatment at a corporate hospital in Chennai city. He was suffering from kidney ailments. TDP President N Chandrababu Naidu expressed shock over the death of Sivaprasad. He hails from Chittoor district and was a close follower of Chandrababu for several decades.
Sivaprasad was also a character actor in films. His skits and parodies on political events drew widespread applause from Telugu viewers all over. Especially, Sivaprasad became all the more popular for mono actions in the roles of national personalities won great attention. He performed all these in front of Parliament as part of protests during United Andhra Agitation and special status protests.
Sivaprasad was born in 1951 in Putipalli village in Chittoor district. His kidney ailment became very critical from which he couldn’t recover.
