Everyone in AP Politics was taken back after Gali Janardhan announced that he is ready to set up steel factory and start its production within 2 years if the AP Govt. grants him all the necessary permissions. It did not take a long time before TDP Senior leader, and MP CM Ramesh responded.
CM Ramesh who is currently doing hunger strike “Ukku Deeksha” for Kadapa Steel Plant has responded to Gali’s proposal. He said, “if Gali Janardhan Reddy is acquitted from all his CBI cases, and he is cleared from all allegations, I have no problem in welcoming his proposal of setting up a steel plant in Kadapa”.
Meanwhile, TDP Minister Amarnath Reddy took a different stance. He said, ‘the Center is not sanctioning the steel plant in Kadapa willingly. They want Gali Janardhan Reddy to set up the steel plant. This is a clear indication of a secret agreement between BJP and YSRCP’.
It is quite shocking to see how two leaders from the same party take a double stance. Once again the double-tongued nature of TDP leaders has been exposed.
