TDP manifesto for 2019 election will be released soon. It will have many new promises to help enhance the living standards of poor people by ensuring a minimum Rs 20,000 to Rs 30,000 monthly income per family in the next five years.
They are going to increase pension amount from Rs. 2000 to Rs 3000 while reducing the upper age limit from 65 years to 60 years. This will increase the beneficiary families number from 66 lakh to 76 lakh. The government expenditure will go up from Rs 12,000 cr to Rs 22,000 cr per month.
The TDP manifesto will also promise to provide Rs 11 lakh worth houses at free of cost to beneficiaries who have to pay just Rs 500 application under the NTR Swagruha Housing Scheme. The total cost of each house in this G+3 model will be Rs 6 lakh of which the Centre will bear Rs 1.5 lakh while the State will provide Rs 4.5 lakh.
TDP leaders said their promises can be implemented without any difficulties and recalled how the Chandrababu government successfully waived farmers’ loans despite words of discouragement from the YCP.
