All the top producers of Telugu cinema are occupied with multiple films. Most of the films made with stars are not completed on time and on the planned budgets. Most of the films are ending up as cost failures because of the over budgets. The star actors and directors too are demanding big money irrespective of their track record. There has been a huge amount of corruption going on in every production house as the producers are not much focused on the daily expenses. A number of films in making is also a reason.

Most of the production houses lack efficient and honest manpower which is leading to big amount of corruption. The increase in the working days and reshoots is the other reason for the film’s over budget. Even if the film ends up as a super hit, the producer is losing money because of the over budget. A young producer who delivered two successful films in the recent times earned no money through these films. Both of them ended up as cost failures. Controlling the budget is not in the hands of the producers these days because of the heaped expenses and daily wages. A day of extra shoot is costing lakhs for the producer. But for the film’s success, the producer has to spend extra money.

The cost failures are making the producers sleepless. After entering into the game and signing the film, it is not in the hands of the producer. The director and his team should prevent wastage and complete the shoot as per the plan.
