Naga Chaitanya is presently busy with the shoot of his ambitious project Thandel which is set against the coastal backdrop. The film that will see Sai Pallavi playing Chay’s ladylove is based on real incidents. This survival thriller is being helmed by Chandoo Mondeti and produced by Bunny Vas, while Allu Aravind of Geetha Arts is presenting the movie.
Meanwhile, the makers completed shooting a Shivaratri special song on Naga Chaitanya and 1000s of dancers, to emphasize the festival celebrations at Sri Mukhalingam Temple in Srikakulam. This song is expected to deliver an adrenaline rush, reminiscent of the energy seen in the iconic Kantara song.
In fact, the stills that show the lead pair in traditional get-ups validate the same. With a large Shiva statue behind them, Chay and Pallavi are seen performing the Shivaratri special song.
Guess what, the makers spent 4 Cr on this single song alone. Apparently, they are taking extreme care in every aspect of the movie.
