VR or Virtual Reality is one of the hottest areas in the tech world right now. Every major tech company from Apple to Samsung is interested in this technology and early attempts have been made to bring it into the mainstream.

Already, some American studios are getting ready to produce exclusive content for VR like the ‘Invisible’ Series. Even the latest Samsung S7 launch event has VR compatible.

Now, Tollywood is very keen on taking this VR route. Apparently, quite a few studios have evinced interest in this matter and feasibility studies are being conducted about the same.

Sources say that Shankar, who is making Robot 2.0 right now, is spearheading the efforts in the Tamil Film Industry.
