Strongly refuting Telangana Political Joint Action Committee (TPJAC) chairman Prof. M. Kodandaram’s ultimatum to go for a massive agitation against K Chandrasekhar Rao’s government, the Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) accuses him of becoming a leader for the politically unemployed people in the State.
TRS MP Balka Suman alleged that he was trying to save a party which was on ventilator and turned to be part of the conspiracies of the Congress, besides acting as an agent of the grand-old party.
The `fire brand’ MP Balka Suman said that the JAC has been trying hard to prove his political existence in Telangana by taking along a group of politically jobless people. He alleged that Kondandaram was misleading the people without realising the fact that TRS Government has provided thousands of jobs by taking up recruitment in almost all departments.
He said that the TJAC Chairman should show some patience. “We have seen 58 years rule of Andhra people, can’t the TJAC Chairman wait for a period of 5 years?” he asked.
He said that there was no truth in the allegations of Prof Kodandaram that the contracts were awarded to Andhra people. The tenders were called in a transparent manner and anyone can file tenders and the most eligible would get it. The entire process is done in a transparent manner, Suman added.
Stating that Kodandaram’s allegations against the TRS Government were far from truth, he accused Kodandaram of inciting youth to agitation instead of allowing them to prepare for various recruitment exams. Asking the TPJAC chief to mend ways, he warned him of dire consequences if he continues to target the TRS Government.
“If our government fails to perform people may rejects us in the next elections, why Kodandaram bothers”, he asked.
