If someone asks you what the most well researched film in Telugu is, you would most probably say “Baahubali”. Or maybe “Rudhramadevi”. But there is one film that has surpassed them all in terms of the pure effort that is being put in, in terms of research and fact finding.
That film is Balakrishna’s 100th. Krish Jagarlamudi, who’s film ‘Kanche‘ won a National Award recently, is working with an army of historians and literary experts for the movie. The story of Gautamiputra Satakarni and his unbelievably important contributions to Telugu society will be highlighted in the movie and Krish is poring through tons and tons of historical material.
The movie will have very high standards of visual effects and a team is already working with the art department for the pre-production. Devi Sri Prasad is expected to composed the music for this magnum opus.
Rajiv Reddy, Krish’s longtime friend, is going to produce this movie in association with Sai Babu Jagarlamudi.
