The whole State of Andhra Pradesh is glued to television sets waiting with a bated breath thinking as to what difference would Pawan Kalyan make with his meeting in Kakinada. While there is suspense over his speech as to what action would he take following the announcement of special package, Pawan Kalyan came down heavily at the Centre.
