Victory Venkatesh completed his part for Venky Mama and he is teaming up with his nephew Naga Chaitanya for the first time with this emotional family drama. Venky signed a film in the direction of Tharun Bhascker and the script work is currently on. After watching Tamil blockbuster Asuran, Suresh Babu acquired the remake rights of the film and he is all set to remake the film in Telugu with Venkatesh. An official announcement too has been made recently.

Venkatesh and Suresh Babu are in a hunt for the right director who can handle this rustic village-based mass entertainer. Though there are speculations that Venky would not fit well in the role, Suresh Babu is extremely confident about the project. A team of writers are working on the Telugu version currently.
