The audio launch of Megastar Chiranjeevi’s comeback film Khaidi No 150 is scheduled to take place on the 25th of this month in Vijayawada. The makers of the film decided to organize the event at Indira Gandhi municipal stadium in Vijayawada. But, the local sports authorities are opposing the use of the stadium for any other purpose other than sports related activities.
According to the latest reports in DC, it is learnt that the High Court of AP previously stated that the stadium shouldn’t be used for activities other than sports. So, the municipal corporation chairman and the district collector are advised not to sanction permission for carrying out any activity other than sports. This has put the makers of Khaidi No 150 in a dilemma. We have to wait and see if there will be a change in the venue or not.
In the meantime, the shooting of Khaidi No 150 has been wrapped up and the post production activities are in full swing. Directed by VV Vinayak, the film has Kajal Aggarwal as the female lead. Khaidi No 150 is set for Sankranthi release.
