Tollywood’s top director Kodi Ramakrishna has been unwell from some time and he breathed his last this afternoon in a private hospital in Hyderabad. The top director complained of breathing issues after which he was rushed to AIG Hospitals, Gachibowli and he was kept on ventilator. Kodi Ramakrishna is battling for life and the doctors clarified that his condition is extremely critical.
Kodi Ramakrishna directed over 100 films in his career and is known for films like Intlo Ramayya Veedilo Krishnayya, Mangamma Gari Manavadu, Thalambralu, Aahuthi, Bharatamlo Bala Chandrudu, Station Master, Muddula Mavayya, Maa Aavida Collector, Pelli, Dongaata and Arundathi. Kodi Ramakrishna last directed Nagarahavu, a Kannada film in 2016. His last rites will be conducted tomorrow. May his soul rest in peace.
