He said that while the unjustly divided Andhra has got literally nothing in this Budget, the Modi government has given Gift City this time to Gujarat which has already seen a lot of development. He asked whether the development of New India means the development of Gujarat alone.<\/p>\n<p>Now, the Centre has proposed special tax concessions and incentives under Gujarat International Finance Service Centre. It&#8217;s Andhra which deserves and requires such schemes of tax incentives to attract industrialists.
