Telangana chief minister KCR has high aspirations and high expectations if one analyses his attempts to foray into the national political scene. Perhaps he is overwhelmed by his success in getting Telangana state, which others could not do in the past fifty years.

Before the 2019 general elections, KCR made an attempt to create an alternative to the BJP and the Congress in national politics. He met several chief ministers and senior leaders those days. He even claimed that things were moving fast beyond the sight of the media. But, he ended up without making a presence in Delhi during the elections.

He is not even carrying a single party among 40 regional parties which are neither with the NDA nor the UPA at the Centre.
