Main opposition party YSR Congress and Jana Sena Party are facing criticism from TDP leadership on the issue of BJP not supporting AP state. Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu has accused Opposition leader Jaganmohan Reddy and Jana Senani Pawan Kalyan of adopting bankrupt policies that are helping the Centre to give greater problems to AP.
CBN, during his visit to Visakhapatnam, said that the opposition parties were not behaving responsibly to protect the interests of Andhra people and they were dancing to the tunes of the BJP government at the Centre for obvious reasons. Jaganmohan Reddy would be behind the prison bars the moment the AP Opposition leader does not act as per the dictates of PM Modi and Amit Shah at the national level. At the mention of Modi’s name, there would be shivers down the spine of Jagan who is solely busy with protecting himself from corruption charges, CBN said.
As regards Pawan Kalyan’s tours, CBN asked why Jana Senani was not able to bring pressure on the Modi government to release funds for AP development as a fact finding committee set up by Pawan himself had estimated loss to AP at Rs. 75,000 crore after bifurcation. Instead of fighting against the BJP at the national level, Pawan was uselessly touring nook and corner of AP criticising TDP government, which would only hurt people’s cause, said CBN
The opposition parties are not able to take on BJP despite the severe harm being done to the national institutions like CBI and RBI and the YCP and Jana Sena have fallen out of public favour because of their collusion with BJP.
